Brainy Bunch Support Details
Hourly Pricing
For generic computer or gadget repair, setup, training etc. Any work that does not fall into one of the other support options will be billed at an hourly rate.
Network Installation/Setup
We will setup up to 3 computers on your wired or wireless network. (Does not include router, wiring or peripheral setup)
PC Cleanup & Security Setup
We will clean any spyware or viruses from the computer. We will install antivirus and antispyware software and also complete all necessary windows updates. (If operating system reinstallation is necessary an hourly rate will be charged. The Brainy Bunch technician will contact you prior to any hourly work being performed.)
Peripheral Installation
We will install & setup up to 3 of the following items. Printers, scanners, digital cameras, mp3 players, pda's, usb hard drives etc. Each peripheral will be subject to additional charges.
TiVo Setup & Training
We will install and setup your TiVo or other brand Digital Video Recorder. (customer may need Internet access and the proper connection media, ie: Ethernet network or wireless connection for the DVR to work properly). We will provide a basic training session on how to use your DVR at the time of the installation.
*Brainy Bunch labor has a 90 day warranty. Labor warranty not valid on spyware, malware or virus removal. Any hardware sold will come with the manufacturer's warranty.
*Brainy Bunch in store services are available in Hays only. The customer will be responsible for dropping off and picking up any hardware for in store repair.
*Operating System upgrades will be completed following the recommended system requirements (Windows or Mac).
